Testimonials
Seriously Dave, you knocked it out of the park for us in your extreme sports approach to getting us the house of our dreams. You showed marathon patience, worked like crazy over years and always gave us hope. We really appreciate it.
Big thanks,
Jolene, Jack, Max & Isla
In September of 2005, my husband and I had decided to relocate from Boston, Massachusetts to Portland, Maine. We contacted Coldwell Banker initially due to the services they offered online to keep us informed of current listings. Looking back on that experience, we are so fortunate when we called Coldwell Banker, we got connected with David Jackson.
We were very limited with the time we had to look at homes being we lived out of state and could only be available on the weekends to look at properties. David spent two weekends with us and found us exactly the home we wanted. He never wasted our time with listings that were out of our price range, out of our scope for locations, or homes we wouldn’t like.
He was extremely professional, straightforward, and did a fantastic job of listening to our needs and getting us into the home we wanted. Once we were under contract, he was extremely helpful in facilitating negotiations after home inspection all the way through closing day. We always felt we could rely on David to understand our needs and help us through a transaction that could’ve otherwise been cumbersome due to our relocation.
I’ve highly recommended David to other individuals who have had the same great experience. I will continue to recommend him to clients and personal friends because of the level of service he provides along with his commitment to understanding exactly what his clients need.
Sincerely, Heather Roeder
Like a resume it is easy to represent something or someone as more than they actually are. As I sit here and write about my last experience working with David I find myself struggling to keep it real. After purchasing my last home, I do not look at him as a real estate agent but as a friend. He has been sincere and honest through all experiences. When my grandmother passed away in 2007 the family was left with the enormous task of putting everything in order and selling her home of 40 years. David showed respect to my family and made everyone smile and feel comfortable along the way, the home was sold within the timeline he stated it would. With the economic down turn David also sold the home at a price that was aggressive and accurate for the area and market.
After selling my home David worked very closely with my wife and I find another home. We slowly (over a period of months) narrowed the search down to two. When we sat down to review both properties it became a struggle to decide, I liked one home and my wife liked the other when we contacted David for advice he sat down with us and discussed the homes in a way we both understood. His referral to a home inspector found items we had not seen. Through his work, all items were repaired and he negotiated a price that was not just okay, it was impressive. His negotiations and execution are fantastic in a world that continues to look for instant gratification. I do not feel like he was a real estate agent looking to make the next deal. I feel like he is a partner looking out for my best interests from price to value to location. We are now living very comfortable in our new home knowing we received a great deal. I will continue to refer David to even the toughest of critic’s, not only is he up to the challenge he is the best of the best. I am more than willing to discuss what he has done for me. It is the least I can do. Yes, we even choose the home my wife liked and I love it!
